Swansea City have reportedly been alerted by Hal Robson-Kanu's contract situation at Reading.
As it stands, the Wales international is due to be released in the summer.
Speaking to The Mirror, Robson-Kanu revealed that no talks over an extension are planned with the Royals in the near future.
"I am just focusing on my football and we have agreed with the club we will have a discussion about my future at the end of the season," he said.
The report adds that the 26-year-old's potential availability as a free agent is appealing to the Swans, who had a bid turned down for his services last month.
