Toronto striker Jozy Altidore has been ruled out of action for up to five weeks due to a hamstring strain.
Altidore, 25, suffered the problem during his side's 1-1 draw with New England Revolution at the weekend.
The injury means that the former Sunderland forward will miss the USA's upcoming friendlies against Netherlands and Germany.
Altidore is currently Toronto's top scorer in the MLS this season with five goals.
