Good morning everyone and welcome to our live coverage on Monday, August 17. Let's start off with the news that Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly offered 30-year-old frontman Ezequiel Lavezzi to a number of Premier League clubs.
BREAKING! Some huge news coming out of Real Madrid this morning... The club have announced that Sergio Ramos will be signing a new deal with the team at a club ceremony this afternoon. The event is scheduled for 12.30pm and will see the defender put pen to paper on a five-year contract.
One overnight report has suggested that Madrid could also be prepared to play the long game in their pursuit of Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea. The Mirror suggests that the La Liga giants could be ready to offer the keeper a £12m signing-on fee next summer should he be able to see out the remainder of his current contract at Old Trafford.
Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Erik Lamela has endured a testing spell at White Hart Lane since joining the club in 2013. It is being reported this morning that Italian giants Juventus could be interested in making a move for the 23-year-old this summer.
Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini has a long-standing relationship with Manchester City playmaker Samir Nasri. One report today says that the former City boss could make a swoop for the French playmaker should Inter lose Mateo Kovacic in the current window.
Marco Verratti has been touted as a possible midfield option for a number of Premier League clubs. This morning the holding man has come out to state that he only sees his immediate future at Paris Saint-Germain, but that he may consider a move to England in the future.
Elsewhere, in Germany former Bayern Munich coach Ottmar Hitzfeld has suggested that the German champions are not giving youngster Mario Gotze their full backing following the purchase of Douglas Costa. More on that here.
Benik Afobe was the top scorer in English football last season after impressing with MK Dons before moving to Wolves in January. Reports at the weekend suggested that Aston Villa were interested in the former Arsenal forward, but Wolves boss Kenny Jackett insists that he will not be sold.
After the late collapse against Stoke at the weekend, Spurs fans could do with some good news. Well, Yannick Bolasie is the man to provide a boost today after the Crystal Palace winger revealed that he would be open making the move to White Hart Lane. Will the winger be brining his tricks to North London?
Brad Jones was briefly Liverpool's first-choice during Simon Mignolet's poor run of form last season, but the veteran goalkeeper has moved on from his time at Anfield to sign a one-year deal with Bradford City.
Joleon Lescott was reported to be a target for Aston Villa recently, but despite being left out at the weekend, the defender is believed to be close to signing a new deal with West Bromwich Albion.
The Sergio Ramos saga is over. Could the speculation surrounding Kevin De Bruyne be coming to an end, too? Wolfsburg boss Dieter Hecking has repeatedly insisted that the Belgian would not be sold, but his latest comments suggest that the Bundesliga club are expecting the attacking midfielder to leave.
From one ongoing transfer saga to another, with reports emerging this afternoon suggesting that Nicolas Otamendi is in Manchester ahead of a proposed medical at City.

With just two weeks left to go of this summer's transfer window, Charlie Austin still remains a Queens Park Rangers player. The Hoops are standing firm over their £15m valuation of the striker, despite "two firm bids" having already been made.
BREAKING NEWS! Watford have finally confirmed the arrival of former West Ham midfielder Alessandro Diamanti on a season-long loan deal. More on that developing story can be found here.
In case you missed it a little earlier, Swansea City have today brought in another new face - Falkirk striker Botti Biabi. The 19-year-old has signed a three-year deal at the Liberty Stadium.
Another update on the future of David de Gea to bring you, as the Real-Madrid linked goalkeeper takes part in Manchester United training. Reports earlier today suggested that he had handed in a transfer request, but this image doesn't really give that impression.

Scott Allan was a name heavily featured in gossip columns earlier this summer, having been the subject of three bids from Rangers. The midfielder opted to join arch-rivals Celtic, though - a move which he says was "easy" to make in the end.

News from Scotland as St Johnstone defender Gareth Rodger joins NIFL Premiership side Ballymena United on loan. The move was facilitated by ex-Sky Blues and current St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright.
Some potentially big news coming from Barcelona as it's alleged that Manchester United chief executive Ed Woodward is in the Catalonian capital right now to finalise a deal for highly-rated forward Pedro.
Now this could be interesting - Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the Premier League? According to reports, it could happen. The 33-year-old striker has apparently been told by Paris Saint-Germain that he can leave the Parc des Princes, sparking supposed interest from Manchester United and Arsenal.
Newcastle United have reportedly been chasing Marseille winger Florian Thauvin for a while now, and reports say that the French outfit have agreed to the deal - if Remy Cabella goes the other way.
Reports suggest that Sunderland are aiming to patch up their leaky defence by re-signing Kieran Richardson from Aston Villa. The versatile left-back spent five years at the Stadium of Light before leaving to join Fulham in 2012. Villa are said to be willing to let him go for £2m.

More fallout from Chelsea's 3-0 mauling by Manchester City - Blues owner Roman Abramovich has reportedly given manager Jose Mourinho the go-ahead to recruit at least three new players to close the gap on the Sky Blues. Everton's John Stones, a central midfielder and at least one additional attacker are said to top his shopping list.

Kevin de Bruyne is never out of the Transfer Talk headlines, and the latest rumblings suggest that the player's agent is unhappy with the press for reporting that his client has snubbed Manchester City. De Bruyne appeared to pledge his future to the Bundesliga side during a charity event, but his agent insists that he was lured into making those comments.
Charlie Austin of Queens Park Rangers is another player whose future is still up in the air, and the latest reports suggest that Newcastle United have dropped out of the race to sign him. Austin was once the Magpies' top summer target, but the club are apparently unwilling to meet QPR's valuation of £15m.
Finally tonight, Everton are reportedly on the verge of rejecting a third bid from Chelsea for defender John Stones. The latest offer is said to be in the region of £30m, with the Toffees believed to be holding out for a fee that would break the Premier League record for a defender.
