The summer transfer window has been open for just under a fortnight and there has already been plenty of gossip involving Premier League heavyweights and clubs around Europe.
With another potentially busy day ahead, we will keep you up to date with all of the latest developments as they happen.
Good morning everyone! It's Friday, which generally means that people are winding down for the weekend, but that isn't expected to be the case in offices at football clubs home and abroad. There's plenty of time for business to be finalised, but we have already been inundated with rumours and speculation this summer.
Yesterday, Manchester United were heavily present in the headlines as reports have claimed that striker Robin van Persie has agreed a deal with Turkish side Fenerbahce, while target Matteo Darmian has NOT joined the Red Devils from Torino, despite reports suggesting otherwise.
Louis van Gaal's side remain in the football gossip pages this morning as the Daily Star reports that the Premier League giants are confident of signing Thomas Muller from Bayern Munich in a £60m deal. Would you be happy with that, United fans?
Let's move a bit further north to Newcastle. Magpies head coach Steve McClaren has revealed that he ideally wants to bring in three or four new players this summer. Anderlecht's Aleksandar Mitrovic and PSV Eindhoven midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum have recently been heavily linked with moves to St James' Park.
UPDATE! Newcastle appear to be edging ever closer to signing Georginio Wijnaldum after PSV Eindhoven announced on Twitter that the midfielder has been given permission to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical with the Premier League side.
Speculation has continued to mount as to whether Crystal Palace would shore up their interest in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Yohan Cabaye this summer. We can now announce that the French international has joined the Premier League side for a reported club-record fee of £10m. Cabaye is to link up with former Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew on a three-year deal.
Chelsea's pursuit of a goalkeeper to provide backup to Thibaut Courtois following the departure of Petr Cech seems to be coming to a conclusion. Sky Sports News has reported that the Blues are close to sealing an £8m deal to bring Stoke City stopper Asmir Begovic to Stamford Bridge.
More on the Raheem Sterling situation now... According to The Mirror, Manchester City are plotting a third and final bid of £45m to lure the 20-year-old winger away from Anfield.
Brentford fans will be excited by the announcement of some rather impressive transfer news this morning. The Championship side have revealed that former Under-21 international Josh McEachran has joined from Chelsea for an undisclosed fee. The young midfielder has made numerous appearances in the Premier League and also has Champions League experience.
The Chinese Super League will soon be home to a former Premier League star in the shape of Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan. The frontman has announced that he will be joining Shanghai SIPG on a two-year deal. More on that news here.
Elsewhere, it has been reported that Italian champions Juventus could look to explore the possibility of a £29m bid for Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil should either Paul Pogba or Arturo Vidal move on from the Old Lady this summer.
You may have read reports that Sevilla are keen to bring back Manchester City winger Jesus Navas. However, the club's vice-president Jose Maria del Nido has ruled out a move for the 29-year-old, who scored one goal in 47 appearances last season.
CONFIRMED! Real Madrid announce that Marcelo has signed a new five-year contract running until June 2020. More here.
UPDATE! Will he, won't he? Over the last few days, Matteo Darmian's proposed move to Manchester United has been yo-yoing. However, website gianlucadimarzio.com has quoted the Torino right-back as saying that he is "very excited" to move to Old Trafford. I guess it's still on then!
DONE DEAL! It involves Liverpool, but it's an outgoing player. Teenager Lloyd Jones has signed for Blackpool on a youth loan.
Louis van Gaal has this afternoon confirmed that Matteo Darmian is to undergo a medical ahead of completing a switch from Torino, but what about outgoing movement? Well reports suggest that Rafael da Silva's time at Old Trafford could now be over, with the Brazilian potentially being used as a makeweight to land Nicolas Gaitan from Benfica.
BREAKING NEWS! After much speculation, West Ham have completed the capture of Angelo Ogbonna from Juventus on a four-year deal.

NEW DEAL! News first surfaced earlier this summer suggesting that Claudio Yacob was set to sign fresh terms at West Bromwich Albion, and the Baggies have today confirmed that the midfielder has indeed extended his Hawthorns stay by a further two years. Click here for more.
Plenty of transfer talk concerning Manchester United this afternoon, as Matteo Darmian moves closer to a switch from Torino and Robin van Persie reportedly edges closer to a switch away. It has now been revealed that another United target, Southampton's Morgan Schneiderlin, is yet to have been the subject of a second bid.
BREAKING NEWS! Some good news for Liverpool supporters this evening, as long-serving defender Martin Skrtel commits his future to the club.

DOUBLE SIGNING? Stoke City appear to be busy this evening. Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel has officially joined from Chelsea on loan, while reports suggest that former Liverpool full-back Glen Johnson could soon follow him through the Britannia Stadium doors.

South Africa international defender Bongani Khumalo is currently a free agent after coming to the end of his contract with Tottenham Hotspur, but it looks like he could be staying in London after reportedly holding talks with Queens Park Rangers.
Juventus defender Frederik Sorensen could be on the move. According to reports in Germany, the Denmark Under-21s defender is on the verge of agreeing a deal with Bundesliga side FC Koln.
Tottenham Hotspur defender Vlad Chiriches featured in just 10 Premier League matches last season, and is reportedly keen to move on in search of regular first-team action. Galatasaray are understood to have made a bid, but their £5m offer has been rejected.
Reports in Germany suggest that Bayern Munich midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger is on his way to Manchester United. The media there claims that the 30-year-old has agreed a three-year deal with the Premier League side, and is preparing to head to England for a medical, and to put pen to paper.
