Pa Modou Kah has inspired the Vancouver Whitecaps to a 3-0 win over the Seattle Sounders in their MLS clash.
The Whitecaps took the lead in the sixth minute when the home side failed to clear Cristian Techera's cross into the box and Kah powered the ball past Stefan Frei.
Seattle tried to find a leveller as they pushed forward in numbers from a corner and Chad Marshall came close, but his header sailed just over the crossbar.
Frei made an impressive save to deny Vancouver a second goal when Octavio Rivero was played through behind the Sounders' defence, but the keeper blocked the midfielder's strike.
Jordan Harvey came within inches of doubling the visitors' lead when he rifled a shot at goal from distance, but his effort clattered off the post.
At the other end of the pitch, David Ousted kept his side ahead as he made a fine stop to deny Marshall from close range.
The Whitecaps doubled their lead when Techera drilled a low ball across the face of goal and Kah displayed his skill by backheeling the ball into the net.
Nicolas Mezquida almost added a third for his side from a free kick as he lifted his shot over the wall, but his strike cannoned off the post.
Vancouver sealed their win in 75th minute when Pedro Morales lined up a set piece from 25 yards and guided his effort into the top corner past the outstretched hand of Frei.
