Wales defender Darcy Blake believes that his side can qualify for the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil.
The Dragons defeated Scotland 2-1 at home on Friday to register their first points in Group A, having lost to Belgium and Serbia in their opening two matches of the qualifying campaign.
"We knew we had to win this game and we did that," he is quoted as saying in The Daily Mail.
"We've just turned the corner and it's onwards and upwards from here. We are back to winning ways.
"We are three games in and it was obviously disappointing to lose the first two games but now we can hopefully get more wins under our belts and progress and get to Brazil."
Wales are in Croatia on Tuesday for their fourth qualifier.
