Sports Mole gives you the lowdown on Watford's match at home to on-the-slide Rotherham United in the Championship on Tuesday night.

Watford know that anything but a win on Tuesday night at home to Rotherham United could see them fall out of the Championship's playoff places after they were convincingly beaten at Vicarage Road on Saturday.

Norwich City took all three points with a 3-0 win that saw them leapfrog the Hornets and take their fifth place in the table after 32 games of the season.

It ended Watford's winning streak at three games, but they are still just four points off the top two in what is shaping up to be an extremely tight race for automatic promotion and the playoffs in the next couple of months.

If Watford do fail to beat the Millers, it opens the door for Brentford to climb above them and also offers Wolverhampton Wanderers the chance to move even closer to the top six.

Hornets boss Slavisa Jokanovic has no new injury worries, but will again probably have to choose two out of three from his striking options of Troy Deeney, Odion Ighalo and Matej Vydra.

Midfielders Gianni Munari and Daniel Tozser are also pushing for recalls to the starting XI.

Visitors Rotherham, meanwhile, are right back in the relegation dogfight following a haul of just one point from a possible nine in their last three games.

On Saturday their goal difference took a big hit too as they fell to a 5-0 defeat at Wolves, falling to 21st and just three points above the bottom three.

Steve Evans, who has cooled rumours linking him with the vacant Peterborough United job, is likely to make changes following the Molineux hammering and some could come at the back, with Jack Hunt and Craig Morgan hoping to be recalled.

Rotherham's recent away form is poor, with just one win in their last 14 on the road. The Millers have also won just once in their last nine trips to Vicarage Road.

The reverse fixture was a 2-0 win in Watford's favour thanks to a pair of goals inside the last 20 minutes.
