Watford have reportedly signed former West Ham United striker Alessandro Diamanti on a season-long loan.
Diamanti scored eight goals in 30 appearances for the Hammers during the 2009-10 campaign and became a fans' favourite at Upton Park.
According to The Mirror, Diamanti is awaiting international clearance before joining the Hornets from Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande.
Should Watford lure the ex-Bologna forward to the Premier League, it would be the 11th signing made by the club since their promotion to the top flight.
Watford drew their opening league game away to Everton on Saturday.
