West Bromwich Albion head coach Pepe Mel is "convinced" that his side can grab all three points from Saturday's clash against Manchester United.
Mel has failed to win a game since being appointed by the Baggies, who reside just one point above the relegation zone in the Premier League table.
"My job depends on winning games and being a head coach is a risky business," The Telegraph quotes Mel as saying. "I came here extremely excited to do a good job and I'm certain that I'm going to carry this out.
"I'm the third coach at the club this season and it's not been a pleasant situation this season. Winning games changes everything and we could all be here on Saturday evening smiling.
"In football you should never look to the following game and we are totally convinced we can win against Manchester United."
West Brom have 11 games left to secure top-flight survival.
