Wolfsburg head coach Dieter Hecking has insisted that his players are fully prepared for Saturday's away clash against Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga.
Hecking said that he was expecting a tough encounter, especially now that Klaas-Jan Huntelaar is fit, but predicted that there would be gaps left for his side to exploit.
"Schalke are a team with plenty of great individuals," he told Bundesliga.com. "Huntelaar is back and made a great impression against Hamburger SV. Behind him you've got Max Meyer, Kevin-Prince Boateng and Jefferson Farfan, who all have the ability to change a game.
"[They] have every right to stake their lofty claims to a place further up the table and it probably suits us to play them rather than a potential relegation candidate. The boys are ready to do the job. It's going to be a top game."
Wolfsburg are a point and one place behind Schalke in the Bundesliga table.
