Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Kenny Jackett has praised his players following their goalless draw at Fulham in the third round of the FA Cup.
Wolves blew their chance to book a place in the next round when Leon Clarke missed an open goal, but the striker's coach was quick to defend him afterwards.
"I thought we played well, it was a very good performance. Their keeper made some excellent saves," BBC Sport quotes Jackett as saying. "We'd all have loved Leon Clarke to have scored but it came at him very quickly off the post."
Fulham also had a late opportunity to win the match, with Hugo Rodallega firing wide from close range in the dying stages.
