Lazio 17-year-old forward Joseph Minala reportedly shuts down his Facebook profile after receiving abuse about his looks.

Lazio youngster Joseph Minala has reportedly deleted his Facebook profile after he received a number of abusive messages regarding his appearance.

The Serie A side have been forced into confirming that the Cameroonian is 17 years old following accusations that he was in his forties.

According to The Independent, Minala has deleted his Facebook account, filtered out pictures on his Twitter page and blocked photos on his Instagram account after receiving abuse.

Minala joined the Serie A outfit last summer.
