Warrington Wolves have moved up to seventh in the Super League table after thrashing Catalans Dragons 42-10 this evening.
The French side defended well in the opening 15 minutes to keep their opponents from scoring, but Warrington made the breakthrough when Joel Monaghan went over in the corner to score his 100th try for the club.
Anthony England and Stefan Ratchford increased the Wolves' lead further, while Monaghan also added his second before half time, leaving the hosts 24-0 up at the break.
The Dragons pressed hard towards the end of the match as they looked to get their first points on the board, managing to do so with 15 minutes still to play when Vincent Duport forced his way through, while Morgan Escare added a second in the final minute.
The result moves Warrington into the top half of the table, while Catalans sit ninth.
