Exeter Chiefs head coach Rob Baxter has warned his team not to get carried away with the excitement of trying to reach the Aviva Premiership playoffs.
The Devon outfit can tighten their grip on a top-four place if they can beat Wasps at the Ricoh Arena on Sunday.
While Baxter admits that there is a lot of excitement around the club at the moment, he insists that they can't afford to lose their concentration over the remaining games.
He is quoted by BT Sport as saying: "These are exciting times for all of us, but we are also very aware that being excited doesn't win you too much.
"It's nice to be excited and have big games, but what wins you things is getting the hard work done first and foremost on the field.
"That is normally a strength of ours, so we just have to reinforce that strength over these last few weeks."
After playing Wasps, Exeter finish their season with a trip to Saracens before hosting Sale Sharks.
