Jack Nowell scored two tries to give league leaders Exeter Chiefs a 31-15 win over Wasps in the Aviva Premiership this afternoon.
The wing found the try line inside the first two minutes to open the scoring, and ran in a second before the half-hour mark as the hosts raced into a big lead.
Rob Miller gave the visitors some hope in the first half by going over in the corner, but Wasps were still 13 points adrift at the break.
Fly-half Gareth Steenson kicked four penalties as Exeter continued to build their lead in the second, but they brought on a string of replacements late on with the win already in the bag.
Tom Lindsay added a consolation in the final 15 minutes for the visitors, but the heavy defeat leaves them just outside the top four in the table.
