Harlequins survived a comeback from Gloucester Rugby to seal a 27-19 win in the Aviva Premiership this afternoon.
Billy Twelvetrees scored an early try for the visitors, but Harlequins soon took control of the first half, with Nick Easter and Danny Care scoring tries within six minutes of each other to put the hosts 15 points up at half time.
Quins continued to dominate early in the first half as Luke Wallace added their third try of the match, while Tom Williams had another ruled out.
However, Jonny May and Twelvetrees both found the try line late on to bring the visitors back into contention as the hosts began to tire, but they were able to hold on to prevent Gloucester from reducing their lead further.
The result moves Harlequins up to third in the table, while Gloucester remain 10th with just two wins this season.
