London Welsh will play their final game as an Aviva Premiership side when they host Worcester Warriors tomorrow afternoon.
Head coach Lyn Jones has named six changes for the relegated Exiles, who have 14 members of their squad out injured.
James Lewis is in for Sonny Parker, while Rob Lewis replaces Tyson Keats and Lee Beach, who is retiring at the end of the season, is preferred to Michael Hills.
Meanwhile, Richard de Carpentier will make his debut for the visitors, while Andy Short and Sam Betty, who has been out since February, come into the starting lineup.
Ben Howard keeps his place in the side, having made his debut two weeks ago.
