A late try from Tom Brady gave Sale Sharks a narrow 14-13 win over Bath in the Aviva Premiership this evening.
Wintry weather conditions hindered both sides as they looked to attack in the first half, with the home side turning to Nick Macleod to kick them to a 9-3 lead at half time.
The visitors made a strong start to the second half, resulting in a try from Horatio Agulla, which put Bath one point ahead after Tom Heathcote added the conversion.
Try-scoring opportunities remained at a premium throughout the second period, until a bright spell from Sale saw Brady cross the try line inside the last 10 minutes.
Heathcote added a penalty late on, but the kick left the visitors a point behind their opponents.
The result moves Sale six points clear of bottom side London Welsh.
