Toulon have knocked Saracens out of the Heineken Cup with a 24-12 win in the semi-finals this afternoon.
The first half was a battle between the fly-halves, with Jonny Wilkinson just edging Toulon ahead, kicking four penalties for the French side, while Owen Farrell missed an effort just before half time.
Wilkinson extended the visitors' lead at the start of the second half, but Toulon were reduced to 14 men when Danie Rossouw was sin-binned for a high tackle on Mako Vunipola.
However, the hosts could not overturn their opponents' lead with Rossouw off the pitch, and Toulon were able to re-assert their dominance once they were back up to 15, as Wilkinson added two further penalties and a drop goal to secure the victory
The win sets up an all-French final, as Toulon will face Clermont Auvergne in the final next month.
