Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall has described Owen Farrell's contract extension as "fantastic news" for the club.
The England international fly-half penned a "long-term" extension at Allianz Park on Tuesday.
Farrell, 23, has made over 100 appearances for Sarries since 2008.
"Owen is one of the leading players in Europe, if not the world, so for him to commit his long-term future to the club is fantastic news," McCall told Saracens' official website.
"He is another player who has progressed through the ranks at Saracens to become a key player for club and country. He is a Saracen through and through, and his hunger and drive to keep on improving is exceptional. The whole club is looking forward to seeing him at Allianz Park over the coming years."
Farrell recently made his return to action for Saracens following a lengthy layoff with a knee injury.
