David Strettle scored two tries to give Saracens a comfortable 22-6 win over London Irish in the Aviva Premiership this afternoon.
After a quiet start to the match in rainy conditions, Owen Farrell opened the scoring, kicking two penalties in the space of five minutes for the home side.
Saracens extended their lead before the break when Strettle burst over the line after Mako Vunipola picked the wing out with a pass out wide.
Tom Homer added two penalties early in the second half to give the Exiles some hope, cutting the home side's lead to just five points.
However, Strettle added a second try inside the final 20 minutes after a further two kicks from Farrell, putting the result beyond doubt for Saracens.
