AC Milan striker Giampaolo Pazzini has put the 2-0 Champions League victory over Barcelona down to the fact that the Italians played as a unit and not individuals.
Pazzini was pleased that he and his teammates managed to remain patient, calling the victory the "perfect game".
"We played a great game and the coach prepared us well," the club's website quotes Pazzini as saying. "The fans were fantastic and it was a tremendous evening.
"I think you could see that we were playing as a team. On nights like tonight, the individual aspect goes out the window.
"We did well as we didn't get impatient. We played a perfect game and I believe we deserved the win."
Pazzini has 10 goals in 26 appearances for Milan this season.
