In search of their first league win at home this term, ADO Den Haag welcome Heracles to the Cars Jeans Stadion on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Heracles have struggled on the road this campaign, winning just one league game away from home since the turn of the year.
Match preview
Since kicking off the new year with a 1-0 win over RKC Waalwijk, ADO Den Haag are yet to win any of the 10 subsequent league games, picking up five points from a possible 30.
Ruud Brood's men were beaten 3-0 by Heerenveen on Saturday, further plunging them into relegation danger as they are now seven points adrift of safety.
Next up for them is a meeting with Heracles, who came out on top when the sides met in September's reverse fixture at the Erve Asito.
De Ooievaars ended the last campaign in the drop zone, but they were saved as the season was later declared inconclusive due to its premature end.
Once again, Saturday's hosts are headed for the Eerste Divisie unless there is a major turnaround in the last eight games of the season.
Heracles claimed a late 2-1 win over PEC Zwolle on Sunday to put an end to a run of three league matches without a victory.
Frank Wormuth's men took the lead on the hour mark through Rai Vloet, but that advantage was short-lived as it was erased two minutes later by Mustafa Saymak.
The Heraclieden were on course for a second consecutive draw before Luca de la Torre popped up with an injury-time winner to hand his side all three points.
Saturday's visitors have moved a place up into 10th on the standings, and they are now just five points off seventh-placed Utrecht.

Team News
The hosts are faced with a selection conundrum at the back following the unavailability of three first-team defenders.
They will have to deal with the absence of Peet Bijen, who pulled up in his side's KNVB-Beker triumph over Sparta Rotterdam in October.
Daryl Janmaat is also ruled out with a knee injury, but he is not far off a return to action after two months without featuring.
Gianni Zuiverloon faces up to six weeks on the sidelines due to an ankle injury which he sustained in a stalemate versus Willem II a fortnight ago.
Heracles have a clean bill of health for this one, and Frank Wormuth is expected to name an unchanged starting XI after returning to winning ways last time out.
Rai Vloet's opener against Zwolle was his 11th league strike of the season, and he will be confident of adding to that tally after scoring in the reverse fixture.
ADO Den Haag possible starting lineup:
Koopman; Familio-Castillo, Kemper, Del Fabro, Van Ewijk; Pinas, Vejinovic, Pinas; Bourard, Kramer, Besuijen
Heracles possible starting lineup:
Blaswich; Fadiga, Propper, Rente, Quagliata; Schoofs, Azzaoui, De La Torre; Kutucu, Vloet, Burgzorg
We say: ADO Den Haag 1-2 Heracles
The hosts have struggled on home turf this term, and while the visitors have not necessarily sparkled on their travels, we are backing them to have the wherewithal to come out on top in this one, albeit by a narrow margin.
