Stefan Kiessling has admitted that Bayer Leverkusen have been "making life difficult" for themselves of late.
Leverkusen fell to their second successive defeat at the hands of Wolfsburg tonight, losing 3-1 at the Volkswagen Arena.
Sami Hypia's side almost pulled a goal back late on following a scramble in the opposition box, but they couldn't find a way through.
"We always tried to get to the ball first, which we did well at times, but falling behind cost us dearly," the striker told the Bundesliga's official website.
"As for the late goalmouth scramble, what can I say?! It was a scene typical of our form.
"We've been making life difficult for ourselves recently. We need to all sit down together and work out how to change that."
Leverkusen return to action next weekend when they face Mainz 05.
