Goals from Charlie Austin and Michael Duff have given Burnley a comfortable 2-0 win over Derby County.
The first chance inside the opening few minutes fell to Martin Paterson, but Adam Legzdins was able to comfortably save.
Both sides were passing well but there was a real lack of genuine chances being created.
Paul Coutts tried his luck from all of 30 yards after half an hour, but a deflection took his well-struck effort over the bar.
It was Charlie Austin again who got the breakthrough for the hosts, his shot deflected past the wrong-footed Legzdins.
The first chance of the second half fell to the hosts, but Ross Wallace always had a difficult task to fire in a volley from 25 yards and he put the ball wide.
Derby were so close to levelling on the hour mark with a couple of great chances. First Michael Jacobs had an effort well saved before Coutts hit the post from an angle.
However it was Burnley who grabbed a second when Michael Duff headed in a corner.
