Newcastle United have come from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Club Brugge at the break in tonight's Europa League encounter in Belgium.
Both sides created chances in the opening stages but it was the hosts who took the lead on 14 minutes when Ivan Trickovski showed great control before firing in.
It got worse for the Magpies four minutes later as Jesper Jorgensen's long-range effort found its way past Tim Krul.
Newcastle should have got on the scoresheet midway through the half, but Sylvain Marveaux missed the ball completely after good work from Gabriel Obertan and Shola Ameobi.
The visitors pulled one back three minutes before the break as Vurnon Anita rifled in an unstoppable volley after Brugge's failure to clear their lines.
Alan Pardew's men were then level almost instantly thanks to Shola Ameobi's toe-poked finish.
