Gaston Ramirez has joined Hull City on a season-long loan from Southampton.
The Uruguayan international is the latest signing on a busy deadline day for the Tigers, who have already broken their transfer record by bringing in Abel Hernandez.
Mohamed Diame has also joined the club from West Ham United, while Newcastle United attacker Hatem Ben Arfa is also understood to be beon his way to the KC Stadium.
Sky Sports News reports that Steve Bruce has now agreed a deal to bring Ramirez in on a temporary basis, although that is yet to be confirmed by the clubs.
The 23-year-old joined the Saints in 2012 for a reported fee of £12m but has struggled with injuries at St Mary's, scoring just eight goals in 48 appearances.
