The Football Association have charged Hull City with failing to control their players during Saturday's 0-0 draw with Leicester City.
The allegation relates to an incident which occurred in the 68th minute as several Tigers players surrounded and harassed referee Jonathan Moss.
Hull were seemingly angered by the official's decision to caution Alex Bruce for a tackle on Riyad Mahrez.
Tempers continued to flare at the King Power Stadium as Tom Huddlestone was sent off three minutes later in a stalemate between two of the Premier League's relegation rivals.
The Humberside outfit have until 6pm on March 23 to respond to the charge.
