Hull City midfielder David Meyler will not face a ban after the Football Association ruled it could not take retrospective action against him for a foul on Adnan Januzaj.
The 24-year-old midfielder appeared to stamp on the Belgian during his side's 3-1 defeat against Manchester United on Tuesday evening, but he did not receive a booking.
Referee Craig Pawson said in his match report that he was looking at Meyler as the incident happened, meaning that no further action can take place.
It means that the Ireland international will be able to play in his team's last Premier League match of the season against Everton and their FA Cup final against Arsenal.
