Xherdan Shaqiri has been named in the Inter Milan side for the Serie A clash with Napoli at the Stadio San Paolo.
The Swiss midfielder was a substitute in the loss to Fiorentina last week, but he joins Andrea Ranocchia and Rodrigo Palacio in returning to the starting lineup.
Lukas Podolski drops to the bench after recent criticism of his form, and Nemanja Vidic and Mateo Kovacic are also forced to settle for a place among the substitutes.
Jose Callejon is handed a start by Napoli boss Rafael Benitez after being used from the bench in the midweek Coppa Italia draw with Lazio, while there is also a recall for Marek Hamsik as Jonathan de Guzman drops out of the side.
Benitez also brings back defensive trio Kalidou Koulibaly, Henrique and Ivan Strinic as the hosts look to recover from successive league defeats.
