Juventus have beaten Napoli 3-0 in Serie A courtesy of goals from Fernando Llorente, Andrea Pirlo and Paul Pogba.
The result means that Antonio Conte's men have cut the gap on leader Roma, who drew 1-1 at home to Sassuolo, to just one point.
Llorente gave the home side the lead in the second minute, pouncing at the back post after Carlos Tevez had redirected Arturo Vidal's shot on goal.
Gonzalo Higuain had Napoli's first effort on goal in the 24th minute, turning past Angelo Ogbonna and striking just wide of the post, while Kwadwo Asamoah missed a great opportunity to double the Bianconeri's lead six minutes later.
Gianluigi Buffon saved from Lorenzo Insigne as the Partenopei threatened after the break, while Marek Hamsik missed another opportunity in the 67th minute.
However, a trademark free kick from Pirlo settled Bianconeri nerves in the 74th minute, and Pogba put the game beyond doubt with a stunning strike with just over 10 minutes remaining.
Angelo Ogbonna saw red late on for a foul on Dries Mertens, but it had no effect on the scoreline as Juventus marched to their 10th win in 12 games this season.
