Brian McDermott has said that Queens Park Rangers have coped well with their return to the Championship.
Harry Redknapp's side face McDermott's Leeds United at Elland Road tomorrow afternoon.
The Leeds manager told the team's website: "They will cope with the Championship, you can see that already. They are unbeaten after four good results.
"They have got a good manager in Harry Redknapp as well that knows what he is doing, he has been there, seen it and done it. Everyone has got great respect for him and I know they will be there or thereabouts come the end of the season.
"It's another game, another event at Elland Road. We're looking forward to it and I think the most important thing at Elland Road is that the players really want to play."
The Hoops were relegated from the Premier League at the end of last season.
