Paul Pogba starts for Manchester United in Friday's FA Cup fourth-round contest with Championship side Middlesbrough.

Paul Pogba has been named in the Manchester United XI for Friday's FA Cup fourth-round clash with Championship side Middlesbrough at Old Trafford.

The France international has not played since November due to a thigh problem but will make his return for the 20-time English champions against Chris Wilder's side.

Dean Henderson is given a rare outing between the sticks, but interim head coach Ralf Rangnick has otherwise selected close to his strongest available XI.

Indeed, Cristiano Ronaldo will lead the line for the home side, with Marcus Rashford and the returning Jadon Sancho featuring in the wide areas.

Scott McTominay will play alongside Pogba in the middle of midfield, while Bruno Fernandes will operate as the number 10 for the home side once again.

Diogo Dalot is again given the nod over Aaron Wan-Bissaka at right-back, while Luke Shaw features at left-back, with Alex Telles representing Brazil during the recent international break.
