Manchester United youngster Andreas Pereira has admitted that he was "very happy" to have scored his first senior goal for the club.
The 19-year-old, who recently signed a new contract at Old Trafford, completed the scoring in United's 3-1 pre-season friendly win over the San Jose Earthquakes earlier today.
"I'm very happy that I scored my first goal and we won the game," the Brazil youth international told MUTV.
"I think it's my first one [with my head] so I'm very happy to score my first header."
United's other goals in the International Champions Cup encounter were scored by Juan Mata and new signing Memphis Depay.
