Millwall interim boss Neil Harris has admitted that his team needs to win games quickly if they want to avoid relegation from the Championship.
The Lions are seven points adrift of safety with five games left to play following Saturday's 2-0 defeat at home to Watford.
Harris believes that it is time for Millwall to stop talking about improving and start grinding out victories.
"We're into the stage where we need to win some games quickly," he is quoted as saying by BBC Sport. "We've come this far and been saying 'let's keep improving', but now we've got to win games."
Millwall continue their fight for survival on Tuesday when they host fellow strugglers Wigan Athletic.
