Juventus will take a major step towards another Serie A title if they pick up all three points from Friday's trip to Napoli.
The current Italian champions currently sit top of the standings with 58 points, six points clear of their hosts with 12 fixtures remaining.
A disappointing run of form has seen Napoli fail to win in any of their previous five matches, with three successive draws in the league. They have taken 10 points from their last six matches, but Juventus have bettered that total with 13 in the same period.
Napoli will take confidence from their home form this season, which has seen them suffer just one defeat. However, Juventus have the best away record in the division, winning eight of their 12 matches away from Turin.
The reverse fixture earlier in the season ended in a 2-0 win for Juventus, who have won three of the last five matches between the two sides.
Napoli could continue with the same side that drew with Udinese last time out, but Rolando and Goran Pandev are both pushing for inclusion.
Juventus are expected to make changes from their 3-0 win over Sienna, meanwhile, with Giorgio Chiellini and Arturo Vidal both returning to the side. However, Nicolas Anelka will once more take his place on the bench.
