Newcastle United forward Aleksandar Mitrovic is reportedly attracting interest from West Bromwich Albion.
Despite Newcastle's struggles in attack, Mitrovic remains out of favour under boss Rafael Benitez and the Serbian international is likely to leave St James' Park in January.
West Ham United have already been linked with a move for the 23-year-old but according to the Daily Mail, West Brom are ready to join the race for his signature.
Like Newcastle, the Baggies have found it difficult to score goals this season and it has resulted in the West Midlands outfit not recording a Premier League victory since the second weekend of the campaign.
Mitrovic has spent just 89 minutes on the pitch in the top flight this season, and the player will want regular first-team football ahead of next summer's World Cup.
Newcastle are likely to prefer a permanent sale over a loan deal, with Mitrovic still having two-and-a-half years left on his contract at St James' Park.
