The Canaries have produced some memorable performances.

Norwich confirmed their return to the Premier League on Saturday night following a 2-1 win against Blackburn at Carrow Road.

Here, Press Association Sport takes a look back at five games which helped take Daniel Farke's side to promotion.

Norwich 4 Millwall 3
(November 10, 2018)

The Canaries had come into the match on the back of an impressive 4-0 win at Sheffield Wednesday and been expected to comfortably see off the Lions, who were fighting for points at the other end of the table.

Tom Elliott headed Millwall into a shock 1-0 lead, but Norwich responded after the restart through talisman Teemu Pukki before a thunderous drive from Moritz Leitner put the hosts ahead with just 11 minutes left.

The visitors, though, fought back again to level through Ryan Leonard and then go in front through Jed Wallace.

Norwich, however, produced a remarkable recovery during stoppage time as Pukki made it 3-3 before substitute Jordan Rhodes had the final say to send Farke's men to the top of the table in dramatic fashion.

Norwich 3 Nottingham Forest 3
(December 26, 2018)

There was more late drama at Carrow Road on Boxing Day as Farke's side somehow managed to continue their 12-match unbeaten streak – coming from 3-0 down heading into the final 15 minutes.

Matty Cash's second-half brace and Jack Robinson's goal looked to have set Forest up for a solid win.

However, Mario Vrancic pulled one back in the 77th minute and Onel Hernandez scored twice in seven minutes of added time as Carrow Road erupted.

Farke's men laid down a marker in the promotion race with an impressive victory over their rivals at Elland Road.

Vrancic fired the Canaries into the lead with a fine free-kick after five minutes, before Pukki struck again just ahead of half-time.

Midfielder Vrancic made the game safe with 12 minutes to go as he converted a cross from full-back Jamal Lewis.

Leeds pulled a consolation goal back in stoppage time through substitute Patrick Bamford as Norwich replaced them at the top of the table.

Norwich 3 Ipswich 0

The Canaries followed up that impressive result by coming through a heated East Anglia derby which saw former Norwich boss Paul Lambert sent to the stands.

Hernandez fired them in front after just 82 seconds and Lambert, who had taken Norwich up from League One into the top flight during a successful spell at Carrow Road, was sent off just before the interval after an angry altercation with one of the home coaches.

The Ipswich manager had to watch Pukki's second-half double from the directors' box.

Middlesbrough 0 Norwich 1
(March 30, 2019)

Norwich produced another composed display to edge past a determined Middlesbrough side – a result which saw them move seven points clear of third-placed Sheffield United with seven games left.

Hernandez's second-half goal proved enough to seal a seventh straight victory, which could have been more comfortable but for an impressive display by Boro goalkeeper Darren Randolph.
