Norwich City manager Alex Neil has told the fringe players in his squad that tomorrow night's Capital One Cup third-round tie against West Bromwich Albion is a chance to impress him.
After earning a 1-1 draw at Anfield against Liverpool on Sunday, Neil is likely to make several changes for the visit of the Baggies tomorrow.
"The team will be motivated because those who have been playing will want to continue our momentum and those who come in will be wanting to stake their claim," Neil told reporters.
"We have got a good squad with competition for places all over the pitch, all the lads are desperate to play. Some will get their opportunity."
Alexander Tettey is not available for Wednesday's match after picking up his fifth booking of the season against Liverpool, but Neil has no other fresh injury concerns.
