Watford won five of their six games under Jokanovic last month and three of them - at Brentford, Bolton Wanderers and Leeds United - were come-from-behind away victories.
Neil who led Norwich to a perfect five wins out of five in February before overseeing a 2-0 victory over arch rivals Ipswich Town in Sunday's East Anglian derby on the first day of March.
