A tight first half in the Championship meeting between Brighton & Hove Albion and Queens Park Rangers has ended goalless.
In an evenly contested opening period, it was Brighton who created the first clear opportunity when Leonardo Ulloa collected a loose ball in the box but he could only hit the side-netting with a powerful effort.
Despite seeing plenty of the ball, QPR were mostly reduced to long-range shots and they weren't far away from taking the lead when Junior Hoilett's strike was stopped by Tomasz Kuszczak.
The visitors came even closer to breaking the deadlock later in the first half when Ravel Morrison took advantage of some space to target the top corner but he was denied by Kuszczak's outstretched hand.
