Joe Hodge has been handed just his second start of the season for Wolverhampton Wanderers against Brentford in their FA Cup third round replay on Tuesday night.
The 21-year-old has not made an appearance since the victory over Blackpool in the EFL Cup in August, partly owing to injury, and the Irishman has already admitted that he wants to go out on loan.
However, with players absent due to international duty and suspension, and Mario Lemina having only recently returned to the group after the passing of his father, Hodge features alongside Tommy Doyle in midfield.
Joao Gomes drops out as he starts the three-match ban for his sending off in the first fixture, while Gary O'Neil has avoided the temptation to throw Pedro Neto in from the start.
With Craig Dawson also only being selected on the substitutes' bench, just the one alteration has been made by O'Neil, who is forced to name a number of youngsters among the replacements.
Meanwhile, Thomas Frank has made three changes to the Brentford team that could only record a 1-1 draw in the previous match, despite being at a player advantage from the early stages onwards.
Zanka, Ethan Pinnock and Christian Norgaard are the players to drop out with Frank potentially switching to a back four for this contest.
Kristoffer Ajer, Ben Mee and Vitaly Janelt have all been brought into the starting lineup at Molineux.
