Sports Mole brings you live updates from Bayern Munich against Borussia Monchengladbach in the Bundesliga.

Bayern Munich extended their lead at the top of the Bundesliga to 12 points with a draw against Borussia Monchengladbach this evening.

The home side conceded just the seventh goal of the season, when Monchengladbach took the lead through a penalty in the first half.

Xherdan Shaqiri scored his first goal in the Bundesliga to get Bayern back on level terms.

Read how all the action unfolded below:

Let's start by taking a look at the starting lineups...
Neuer, Dante, Boateng, Lahm, Ribery, Martinez, Alaba, Schweinsteiger, Kroos, Mandzukic, Muller
Ter Stegen, Brouwers, Nordtveit, Wendt, Stranzl, Cigerci, Herrmann, Marx, Arango, Jantschke, Hanke
Bayern Munich have looked mighty so far this season. They have conceded just six goals in 16 games, and have lost only once.
Monchengladbach are in reasonable form themselves. After a mixed start to the season, die Fohlen have only one loss in their last nine Bundesliga matches, and a win tonight would see them pushing for a Champions League place.
One player who will be keen to impress in the Bayern lineup is Brazilian defender Dante. He moved from Monchengladbach to the Munich side earlier this year for a €5m transfer fee (around £4.6m).
Thomas Muller and Mario Mandzukic will also be key for the home side tonight. The duo have each found the back of the net nine times this season.
According to the latest weather reports, it's -3°C at the Allianz Arena tonight!
The visitors will be looking to Juan Arango for goals this evening. The Venezuelan has eight goals this season, and netted a sensational lob from the sideline just inside the Mainz half last weekend.
The players are starting to head out towards the pitch, as we're just a couple of minutes from kickoff.
Bayern Munich get the game underway.
Bayern are on the attack from the start, Franck Ribery looking to set up a Bastian Schweinsteiger, but Monchengladbach clear.
Bayern are looking very organised in the opening minutes. It doesn't look like they're trying to force a goal, but they look very comfortable on the ball, and have hardly given the visitors a kick.
Marco-Andre ter Stegen has to make the first save of the game as Ribery slots the ball in to Muller, who forces the Monchengladbach keeper to make a save at full stretch.
Ribery is looking very lively in these opening stages. Having already created two chances for his teammates, the Frenchman forces Ter Stegen to make a save. It could be a busy night for the Monchegladbach stopper.
It sounds like there's a good showing of away support in the stands. Former Monchengladbach defender Dante is being greeted with a chorus of whistles every time he touches the ball.
The visitors are on the attack, but Bayern's defence are well organised and clear the danger.
Mike Hanke is given a hand over the advertising hoardings by Dante. The Monchengladbach striker is a little slow to get up, having landed in amongst the media, but seems fine to continue.
Monchengladbach are starting to find their way into the game. They haven't looked like scoring yet, but are starting to look more confident on the ball.
Ribery is back on the attack, crossing the ball to Mario Mandzukic, who heads just wide.
It's a bit quiet at the minute. Bayern seem content just to keep the ball, having allowed Monchengladbach a little possession in the last five minutes.
PENALTY TO MONCHENGLADBACH
Jerome Boateng catches the ball with his arms as the visitors try to cross the ball into the box. Thorben Marx steps up and it's in the back of the net. 1-0 Monchengladbach

There are a few rather rough challenges going in from Bayern. The league leaders need to re-group, or Monchengladbach could extend their advantage.
Oscar Wendt makes contact with Muller in the Monchengladbach box, but it's the slightest of touches, and the ref waves away Bayern's appeals for a penalty.
Monchengladbach had a chance to get their second on the counter-attack as Manuel Neuer comes a long way out of his area to try to make a clearance. His attempt is unsuccessful, but Dante is back to save his blushes.

Bayern Munich looked very impressive at times in the first half, but they were also rattled by Monchengladback's goal. They will need to keep their cool if they're to get back into the match.
Franck Ribery has been the pick of the players in the opening period. The French midfielder has created most of Bayern's chances, and had a few attempts himself.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen also had a good half. He was called on to make a number of crucial saves for the visitors, particularly in the opening 15 minutes.
The players are in the tunnel getting ready to take to the pitch for the second half.
Monchengladbach get the game back underway.
Neither side have made any changes in the break.
Bayern have begun the second half in a similar manner to the first. The home side are dominating possession and look dangerous.
