Hull City boss Steve Bruce has claimed that Abel Hernandez has finally settled into life at the club after the striker notched his second goal in a week.
The Uruguayan signed for the Tigers last season for £10m, but struggled to find his form in the Premier League as Bruce's men were relegated from the top flight.
However, Hernandez has found his scoring touch in the Championship by netting in their defeat to Charlton Athletic and their 2-0 win over Preston North End on Saturday.
Bruce told BBC Sport: "Abel has scored two in a week. One came off his backside from a yard and the other was a tap-in from a yard.
"You can see he's handling life better and getting used to it. I'm still convinced we've got a very good player on our hands."
Hull are second in the Championship following their win over Preston at the KC Stadium.
