Juventus director Pavel Nedved has called on Paul Pogba to "be less stylish on the pitch" and instead focus on contributing to the team on a consistent basis.
Pogba, 22, is one of the most talked-about players in world football and has continually been linked with moves to the biggest clubs in Europe.
Nedved, however, wants a bit more substance from the French international after an underwhelming start to the new season.
"You can't have everything when you are young," Nedved said at a Turkish Airlines event. "That is why I tell him to be less stylish on the pitch, but more concrete and decisive for the team."
Nedved represented Juventus from 2001 to 2009, making almost 250 league appearances for the Italian giants.
