Tony Pulis has admitted that his Stoke City side deserved nothing from their trip to Wigan Athletic this afternoon.
Goals from Antolin Alcaraz and Victor Moses helped Wigan claim all three points against the visiting Potters.
Reflecting on the match at the DW Stadium, Pulis has conceded that his players didn't perform to the standards that they are capable of.
"The better team won, I can't be too severe or critical of the players this season, but today we weren't at it," Pulis told BBC Sport.
"The players get paid to perform and we had 2,000 fans here today who paid good money and they didn't play well enough."
Stoke remain 13th in the Premier League table as a result of today's loss.
