Bournemouth are three points adrift of the playoffs with a game in hand, while Boro are three points further back and cannot afford to lose this match.

The final stretch is in sight in the Championship and these two teams know exactly what is required if they are to drag themselves into the top six.
Boro know that a defeat on Friday could well put paid to their promotion hopes, but we can see them grinding out a point on the South Coast to stay within touching distance of their opponents.

Bristol City vs. Stoke (Friday, 3.00pm)
Bristol City will host Stoke City in the Championship on Good Friday looking to record their first league double over the visitors since the 1906-07 season.
The Robins have won just one of their last five league games, while the Potters have secured three points in just two of their last seven matches.
We say: Bristol City 0-1 Stoke City
Bristol City have failed to score in seven of their last 11 Championship games, while 11 of Stoke's 13 league victories this season have come with a clean sheet, including each of their last seven.
The Potters lost the reverse fixture back in September, but we feel that they have enough to seal a narrow victory at Ashton Gate and their solid defensive foundations could prevent the hosts from scoring once again.

Cardiff vs. Nott'm Forest (Friday, 3.00pm)
Cardiff City will be looking to build on their South Wales derby victory prior to the international break when they host Nottingham Forest on Friday afternoon.
The Bluebirds beat Swansea City 1-0 to keep their playoff hopes alive, while Forest held Brentford 1-1 a fortnight ago to move into 17th place.
We say: Cardiff City 1-0 Nottingham Forest
Forest have done well to take points off promotion-chasing sides in recent games, but they have a poor overall record against Cardiff.
Only Norwich and Barnsley (30) have taken more points than City since McCarthy was appointed in January, and we can see them adding three more points to the board on Friday.

Derby vs. Luton (Friday, 3.00pm)
Derby County will be looking to end a seven-game winless run in the Championship when they welcome an in-form Luton Town to Pride Park on Friday afternoon.
The Rams, who lost at Stoke City before the international break, are currently 19th in the table, five points above the relegation zone, while Luton occupy 13th spot in England's second tier.
We say: Derby County 1-1 Luton Town
Derby desperately need to return to winning ways as soon as possible, but we are finding it difficult to back the Rams on Friday. Luton have won four of their last six in the Championship during an impressive run of form and will be full of confidence heading into the match. Rooney will have his side fired up for the match, though, and we believe that the home side will secure a share of the spoils.

Millwall vs. Rotherham (Friday, 3.00pm)
Millwall will host relegation-threatened Rotherham United in the Championship on Good Friday looking to secure all three points and stay in the hunt for a playoff spot.
The Lions, who currently sit 10th in the table, have lost only four of their 19 home matches so far this season but face a Millers outfit that have won five of their last seven away games – as many as in their previous 70 on the road in the second tier of English football.
We say: Millwall 1-1 Rotherham United
Rotherham have lost seven of their eight away fixtures with top-half clubs and in six of these matches they failed to score. However, Millwall have been beaten in 70% of their home games against teams in the bottom half of the table.
Friday's fixture is set to be a tight encounter and with little to separate the two sides, a score draw could be on the cards.

Preston vs. Norwich (Friday, 3.00pm)
Runaway Championship leaders Norwich City will be looking to continue their charge back towards the Premier League when they travel to an out-of-form Preston North End side on Friday.
Norwich are currently top of the Championship, eight points clear of second-placed Watford, while Preston, who sacked manager Alex Neil on March 21, are down in 16th position in the second tier.
We say: Preston North End 1-2 Norwich City
McAvoy will have his Preston players fired up for Friday's game against the best team in the league, but the home side could ultimately come up just short; we are expecting an improvement from the Lilywhites, who have underperformed this season. Norwich's form is so strong, though, and we fancy them to secure another three points.

Queens Park Rangers will host Coventry City for the first time since January 2011 when they lock horns in the Championship on Good Friday.
The Hoops are unbeaten in their previous three home matches against the Sky Blues, while the visitors head to Loftus Road after failing to win any of their last six away games.

After beating QPR earlier this season, Coventry can take confidence into their encounter at Loftus Road but will be wary of their recent run of form.
Warburton's last seven home victories with the Hoops have all been by a one-goal margin, and we can see the hosts claiming another narrow victory on Friday.

Automatic promotion contenders Watford will be looking to extend their winning run when they welcome Sheffield Wednesday to Vicarage Road on Friday afternoon.

Wycombe Wanderers play host to Blackburn Rovers on Friday afternoon sitting 11 points adrift of safety in the Championship standings.
While Blackburn are the same amount of points above the bottom three, the visitors have failed to win their last four fixtures in the second tier.

With draws no good to Wycombe at this stage, expect an attack-minded approach from the home side. Nevertheless, Rovers have more quality in the final third, and we are backing the visitors to claim all three points at Adams Park.

Barnsley and Reading face off at Oakwell on Friday evening in a huge clash that could go a long way to determining which side finishes in a playoff spot.
The hosts are two points better off than their opponents, who are directly below them in the table, but any sort of slip up here will give the chasing pack a chance to close in.

Barnsley's momentum has been halted by the two-week break, which came on the back of a home loss to struggling rivals Sheffield Wednesday.
Reading's form has hardly been great of late, but they have won five of their six matches against teams from Yorkshire this term and we are backing them to pull off a big win here.

Swansea City head into their Championship fixture with Birmingham City looking for the victory which will keep the club in the race for automatic promotion.
Despite having played four matches more than nearest rivals Rotherham United, Blues sit just three points above the relegation zone.

On the back of their last two performances, Cooper will expect a strong response from his side. However, the appointment of Bowyer can only have a positive effect on Blues, leading us to predict a low-scoring draw.
