Goals from Rodolph Austin and Mirco Antenucci have given Leeds United a 2-0 lead going into half time of their Championship clash with Huddersfield Town this afternoon.
Casper Sloth came close to giving Leeds the lead early on, but Huddersfield keeper Alex Smithies did well to get to the ball first in a one-on-one situation.
Huddersfield's Nahki Wells then stabbed an effort wide following good work from Lee Peltier and Sean Scannell.
Leeds went in front through Austin, who scored with a powerful drive from just inside the box in what was the game's first shot on target.
The visitors almost found an equaliser through Harry Bunn, but he smashed a presentable shooting chance high and wide to waste a good opportunity to get his side back into the game.
They were made to rue the missed chance as Antenucci followed up to score United's second, after Giuseppe Bellusci's shot had cannoned back off the bar.
