The career of the greatest-ever fast bowler has now officially come to an end, with England legend James Anderson hanging up his boots following the first Test against West Indies.
The 41-year-old weighed in with four final wickets in the white of England to help his country to a convincing innings victory at Lord's, which was also the scene of his first Test more than 21 years earlier.
Over his 188 Tests, Anderson took a scarcely-believable 704 wickets - the third-most of any bowler in history, and far clear of the next-best fast bowler.
Anderson fired in 40,037 deliveries and ends his career with an average of 26.45, alongside 32 five-wicket hauls and having taken 10 wickets in a match on three separate occasions.
