Sports Mole challenges you to name the top 20 most expensive football transfers from the 2021-22 season, according to transfermarkt.

Now that the 2021-22 season has come to a close, clubs across the globe will be planning their next moves in the upcoming transfer window.

A number of high-profile players already have agreements in place, with Erling Braut Haaland heading to Manchester City and Aurelien Tchouameni edging closer to competing his move to Real Madrid.

The last two transfer windows were projected to be quiet due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the top European clubs continued to spend heavily – with Premier League teams alone splashing out over £1.3bn across the two windows – and more money is set to be spent ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.

Ahead of the transfer window opening for some of Europe's top leagues on Friday, Sports Mole challenges you to name the top 20 most expensive transfers from the 2021-22 season, according to transfermarkt.
